2. Discounted Rate Eligibility
The discounted rate of US$ 150.00 applies to:
- University Lecturers/Faculty and Students
- Members of FIAF and SEAPAVAA
- Delegates of 30th SEAPAVAA Conference or ACPAC Conference
Important Terms & Conditions
- Mandatory Pre-registration: Advance registration is required. Please note that walk-in participants cannot be accommodated.
- Payment Deadline: To confirm your registration, full payment must be received no later than 29 May 2026.
- Confirmation Process: Upon completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email and an official invoice. Registration is only considered final once the full fee has been processed.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- • Non-Refundable Policy: Registration fees are strictly non-refundable. Once the registration is completed, the organization will not issue refunds for any personal reasons or changes in plans.
- • Exceptions for Emergency or Force Majeure: Refund requests will only be considered in exceptional cases of emergency or force majeure, such as: sudden illness or medical emergencies, unforeseen flight cancellations or travel restrictions. In such cases, the applicant must submit a formal request via email to gava2026@fapot.or.th along with valid supporting documentation.
- • Participant Substitution: Registration is non-transferable and is tied to the registered individual only. The substitution of participants or representatives is strictly prohibited in all cases.
